Delta updates install only what has CHANGED since the last running version on your game. Delta updates are released when only game code has been modified.
** NOTE: Ensure you are already running the matching Full Install version before applying the corresponding Delta Update!
Start by downloading the latest available "Delta Update" for your game, using the links found above.
WINDOWS USERS: Right Click on the download link, then select "Save Link As..."
MAC USERS: Control Click on the download link, then select "Download Linked File"
Once the ZIP file is downloaded, insert your 8GB or greater USB stick into your computer.
You should see a new "REMOVABLE DISK" in My Computer (Windows) or a new Drive on MAC Desktop that looks like this:
Please ensure that the USB stick has been formatted correctly prior to STEP 3.
WIN Format: FAT32Copy the ZIP file you downloaded to the USB stick.
Extract the ZIP file that you just copied onto the USB stick.
** NOTE: REMOVE ANY DIRECTORY PATH WINDOWS CREATES!
You should just have the Drive Letter specified for extract, for example: G:\.
After hitting "EXTRACT" you will see the progress bar:
If everything was done correctly, you will be left with 2 files on the USB stick.
The original ZIP file and a new directory called "woz_update" or "hobbit_update".
Turn on your game and wait for it to completely boot.
Remove the USB stick from your PC and insert it in the game. To locate the USB port, open the coin door and look towards the end of the the coin box. The USB port is attached to the back horizontal wooden support just to the left of the coin box.
Enter the DIAGNOSTICS screen by hitting the "Enter" button on the inside of the coin door. Use the middle buttons to highlight "UTILITIES" and hit the Enter Button again. Use the middle buttons to highlight "USB Update" and hit the Enter Button again.
Then hit the Enter Button one more time to start the update. Your screen may go BLACK while the update is being executed and the update should take less than a minute to complete. DO NOT TURN OFF THE GAME WHILE THE UPDATE IS UNDERWAY!
Once the game restarts, validate the version by re-entering the Diagnostics screen and checking the bottom right corner. It should match the version you downloaded.
The update is complete. Remove the USB stick and ENJOY!
